Employees Working Out

Our diverse team helps us work with businesses to create fitness programs for a company's particular need. These services range from, group exercise classes, health coaching, personal training and health seminars. 

Group Exercise Classes: We have developed a wide range of classes for businesses. These classes help employees improve their cardio, strength, balance, posture, muscle imbalance and flexibility. 

Health Coaching:  A health coach session is a one on one meeting to discuss behavior that impacts someones health. These sessions focus on developing positive habits to improve health.

Personal Training: Sessions are one on one with an employee. The trainer will develop a work out program that focuses on the individual needs and wants. 

Health Seminars: Our trainers conduct health seminars that focus on fitness education. Topics cover nutrition and metabolic syndrome information and how exercise helps prevent these metabolic issues from happening.
